The figure: 8 or 9 /This is my favorite Luke outfit so I might be a bit bias, but it does have really good movement.

The Accessories: 10 /Best ever for a regular figure

I rated it 3/5 (1 point went to the weather vane) so out of ten I guess it'd be a 6 with 1 point going to the weather vane.

Hate the gimmick and the lightsaber because it's too under-detailed plus the pre-posing on the feet and arms makes the articulation's use limited.

5. the paint effect makes him look like he's been swimming in a sewer. I don't like how all the figures now have that painted-on-wiped-off paint effect instead of being sprayed lightly with 'dirt' The POTF2 Luke Bespin has a nicer paint effect. Plus this guy has a huge button in his back which totally ruins him. There was absolutely no need for him to have that feature when he's so articulated already. A really good sculpt ruined by crappy gimmick and bad paint deco.

And the wether vane is a nice accessory but why oh why is it all bent out of shape before it's even out of the blister? More bendy cheapo plastic stuff. You cheapskates Hasbro! I give the weather vane a -1

I think some people are judging this figure a little to harshly. Hasbro really went above and beyond with the inclusion of the weather vane and the tournequet (I love that). The "beaten-up" paint deco really works for me, although I admit a good cutomizer could improve it a give it a more dramatic look. I like the saber even though it lacks the same detail as previous Luke sabers, it being made of metal makes a world of difference. I really think the metal sabers look wonderful, close you can see the short comeings in detail but in the hands of a figure on the shelf they beat the plastic sabers hands down. The action feature really does not bother me, you can't see the button when he is carded and who poses their figures with backwards. If the button really annoyed someone it could easily be filed off. I give Luke a 8.9 to a 9. I am hopefully saving my 10 for Ephont Mon's sculpt

I give it a 7 as well, and to be honest, it's a bit of a "generous" seven. The fig has a lot going for it, but also a lot against: the gimmick which inhibits posing the figure and the extreme paint wash and the under-detailed lightsaber and that face that's just a tiny bit off (black paint in the mouth is overkill IMO) and the funky blaster and the extra-wide stance all hurt this figure where he lives, for me.

I don't know haven't seen it yet, maybe by August or so, I think Hasbro is bringing them up to the great white north by a herd of lazy banthas.
