Piece by piece, Lego by Lego, Yoda grew. With a well-trained eye, 10-year-old Alex Lygren built a stack of superbricks and carried them to the growing replica.
"Look, Dad," he proudly told his father, Steve Lygren, of Wichita Falls. "I built six."
Hundreds of children stormed Legoland Discovery Center on Saturday for Star Wars Days, pausing a bit to build using the superbricks that will become an 8-foot Yoda by the end of the weekend.
At least that's the plan.
