I just saw the premiere, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's essentially American Pickers but with only toys, and I like that show, so I like this one too.

He went to Cincinnati, former home of Kenner, and found some pretty awesome SW stuff. I don't know how the show would go from here, really, but I'd be interested in seeing more.

I watched it too, but, though I was glad to see toys on television, was not as impressed. I'll continue to watch it, if it gets picked up for more episodes, but there were some errors in this toy expert's descriptions. MASK was not the predecessor to Transformers. The Corgi Batmobiles were not from the 60s. In fact, I recall seeing them at Toys R Us within the past several years. One of the pieces in that set, the Batcycle with a side car, is still languishing on clearance at a few TRUs in the area. All in all, I like seeing old toys, so I hope the show continues.

The Corgi Batmobiles are from about 5 years ago, I have most of that series, great stuff. However, the Batcycle with Side Car is from the Mattel line which came after that.

Why can't I post pics right now?

Oh, yeah, it is acting squirrelly, I'll have it looked into.

I liked the "Zero Hour" two part season finale. I'm glad that the show didn't get rid of Thrawn, who is such a strong character, the way that

Timothy Zahn must've LOVED these two: Interdictor Cruisers, Thrawn in ground battle gear, his plans would've been flawless were it not for the (blatantly-obvious)

How did you spend your Saturday?

Mostly grading and TVing: saw the girls basketball team come up one game short of a STATE TITLE (still a great season, ladies) and other sports and cartoons

There's a lot to unpack in this 2-parter, "Zero Hour." I'll wait for others to see it... impatiently so. But I'll say, wow.

Today was supposed to have rain. Nope: the winds blew those clouds out and made it a bit "cool" (mid-60s IIRC). Tomorrow's NASCAR race should

I'm so glad the basketball gods colluded to remove UCLA so that we no longer have to hear from THAT DAD...or at least hear less from him.

Still have 1/2 the Elite 8 (but only a Kansas win would give me a single Final Four team), and the OSU women's team lost to ND. I'm now completely de-tourney'd.
