Built in 1961 and set on more than half an acre in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood, the house is described as a "Zen-like contemporary" in the listing. The 5,295-square-foot home features French doors that open to a deck, swimming pool and spa. There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms including maid's quarters.

Williams, 74, starred in "Brian's Song" (1971) and "Lady Sings the Blues" (1972). Since he starred as Han Solo's buddy in "Star Wars: Episode V — The Empire Strikes Back" (1980) and "Star Wars: Episode VI — Return of the Jedi" (1983), Williams has appeared on such TV shows as "General Hospital" (2009), "Diary of a Single Mom" (2009-10) and" White Collar" (2011).

Public records show Williams bought the property in 1984 for $553,000.

Michael Carter of Keller Williams Realty in Beverly Hills was the listing agent. Markus Canter and Cristie St. James of Prudential California Realty in Beverly Hills represented the buyer.

That would be so cool. You go for a swim in the pool and then you press a button on the side and a man with a remote-controlled head set comes and hands you a beach towel.

Then a slave girl enters and you say, "Now who might you be?"

I know that neighborhood, it's pretty deep into Beverly Hills, it looks like he's getting a good price for it in this market since it's kinda mid-sized. He's doubling his original investment though, with inflation he paid only $1.2mil in today's dollars. I hope he is only doing this to get away from LA and relax.

Looks like a nice place, I don't like the colors, and the angles on that pool seem downright dangerous, but the deck looks neat, and it keeps the theme up there of foliage that's a little out of control.

Looks great! The painted TIE helmets really stand out. I think they look bad *** without the paint job, but it looks even more so with it. Do you have

I remember seeing the soundtrack at Target with exclusive tracks. Not sure if they were actually in the movie or not.

Popcorn and a Sprite; and since I paid an expensive price to enjoy them at the movies, it's got to be great. Gatsby-great!

Just back from The Great Gatsby, one of the best book-to-film version movies I have seen in some time. Am looking for the soundtrack, too.

That didn't really bother me because I was hoping they would take this opportunity to redesign the Klingons. I was so sick of their look from TNG/Voyager/DS9/film
