New Year, New Gentle Giant Star Wars Collectibles

January 2007 will be the start of a new year and with that, Gentle Giant has some big plans for Star Wars. The next piece in their 1/6 scale statue line will be Obi-Wan Kenobi in Clone Trooper Armor. This piece marks the first piece in the line to take a creative leap and put the realistic Ewan McGregor’s Obi-Wan Kenobi in Clone Trooper armor as seen in the Clone Wars cartoon. Retailing for $185, Obi-Wan stands 11 inches tall atop a falling battle droid.


The first mini bust of 2007 will be none other than the Jedi Master, Plo Koon. A member of the High Council, Plo Koon stands 6 inches tall and will retail for $50.

They’re finally here! 2 years after the first Gentle Giant Bust-Up, Episode II Clone Trooper Lieutenant, was handed out at the New York Toy Fair, Gentle Giant is happy to announce the Attack of the Clones Clone Trooper Bust-Up Box Set. This set contains; Episode II Clone Trooper, Episode II Clone Commander, Episode II Clone Captain and the Episode II Clone Lieutenant and will retail for $20.
