Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios starts this weekend, which means a new set of whimsical Star Wars/Disney mash-up images has been created to spread the word!

As has become tradition to build-up excitement for Star Wars Weekends, Disney has gone all out on a great series of delightful print ads showing various Star Wars characters throughout the park. Disney's Yellow Shoes Creative Group, in partnership with Lucasfilm, has devised these fun imaginary moments to capture the magic and excitement of this year's Star Wars Weekends event. Starting this Friday (May 18), Star WarsWeekends will occur every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through June 10!

In addition to checking out the imagery below, be sure to watch the three brand new video shorts -- also by Yellow Shoes/Lucasfilm -- that were recently launched to usher in the 2012 season of Star Wars Weekends!
