Thanks for the coverage! I like how they acted like the Droid Factory was a surprise, but you guys already found out about it.

That card art is very bizarre. I'll have to see it with a figure on it, and probably in-person, before I make a judgment on it.

There are a lot of army builders in these first two waves. I'm glad that the Biker Scout is the updated version. At least the sandtrooper has a new pauldron, but I really think they need to go easy on ANY variety of these guys for a while. The red battle droid is very welcome, as I'll be getting several. The Utapau clone is good too, as I want several more of this variety but didn't really like the TVC one that much.

Anakin looks promising. I'll be glad to get a new one without those goofy soft goods. Sun Fac looks like a repack of the 2006 figure, but perhaps with the knees from the revised version. I'd prefer a non-specific Geonosian, or at least a new one. It's disappointing that Pablo-Jill is coming, but not Coleman Kcaj. Oh well, at least now they have the Ongree body, so hopefully they can do a different Coleman head.

TC-70 and R8-B7 sound cool, but I don't need a realistic version of every single Clone Wars figure now. FA-4 and R5-X2, on the other hand, are VERY welcome!

I don't think there's a single unmade figure in the entirety of the first two waves other than FA-4 and R5-X2, which is a little annoying. And this is 20 figures revealed out of a full 30 . . . uh-oh.

The speeder bike looks freakin' sweet!!! So glad the front landing gear is removable. I'm gonna want several of these.

The Vintage Millennium Falcon is "cute," I guess, more than anything else. I know a lot of people still want this, so I'm glad they're re-releasing it, and even more glad that I don't have to get it.

Damn, Jocasta Nu as a Brian's Toys exclusive??? Talk about crazy. Thank god she won't be warming the pegs, but I am glad she's finally coming. The Dooku bust looks awesome. I bet she'll be pretty expensive, though.

From what I understand, there's NO CVI exclusive . . . the hell?

Right. In the picture of the Falcon, they show the little escape pod that was designed for the BMF and the AT-AT has the dual doors designed for the BAT-AT.

The more I look at the pictures of the upcoming Bikerscout (both included with the speeder bike and the one that is going to be single carded with wave 1 of the Droid Factory line), the more I really start to hate that black shoulder joint. I know they haven't been very good about joint coloration lately but the contrast of the black joint on the white armor is just too severe. I was head over heals for this set at first and imagined buying three or more, now I feel like it's one that was so close and yet so far. I'll still buy a couple and hope they fix the joint in a subsequent release of the trooper so I can swap them out.

I had a chance to play around with the Speeder Bike this afternoon.

I had absolutely no intent on ever buying a new Speeder Bike. Despite the level of improvement, I still don't have the BMF or BAT-AT, and have no real desire to get them.

I will be buying that Speeder Bike the first chance I get. That thing is seriously awesome.

Jocasta is really expensive but I still got to have one! at least you can pre-order it now and pay for it later, if you choose the email or phone option. That will make it hurt a little less.

Are R5-X2 and R5-B8 build a droids, or droids that are going to be packaged?

It appears to me as if they will be build-a-droids since they are astros (4 parts to complete the droid) and the wave has 8 other figures.

I like build a droid. But I'm not about to buy waves of figures that I'm not interested in to get the only two figures in the wave that I actualy want. It's a different story when the selections are actualy figures I want, and I only have to buy one figure. But so far, I'm not impressed by the line up for next year.

Goonies....still great, and thank you Wal Mart $5 bin! Although it had far more "casual" swearing in it than I remember.
