A few pics from my trip to Saugatuck, Michigan.

The first is: My wife and I at the top of Mount Baldy after a 45 minute hike

The second is: My wife and I in front of our cabin we stayed at. You could see and hear Lake Michigan from where we are standing

The third is: My wife and I at a bonfire on the beach

The fourth is: "Ummmmmmm, ice cream"

The fifth is: Me on a Kayak on Lake Michigan!

Kayacking on Lake Michigan looks like fun!

Here's a picture of me and my niece Layla. She'll be two months old on Tuesday.

Why would your legs get sore from Kayacking? You use your arms to paddle, right?

You weren't hanging off the back and kicking in the picture ;)

It's the way you sit in the kayak, and not having muscles worked out, in addition to my right leg wanting to curl up because of the years of not walking on it correctly. Next year, I'm hoping to drop some more weight, and do some stretching beforehand.
