I would like to see some of the Star Tours Droids in 12" possibly: Rex and the WEG droid, and so on.
R3-T7 and the red Astromech from the Queen's Starship would be nice.
A BATTLE DROID on a STAP would be a big hit with me!
There's my 2 cents worth.
Battledroid has some good ideas, and some just go way too far.
MY TOP 3 DROID WANTS are:
1. Destroyers
2. Battle Droid on STAP
3. Imperial Probe Droid (Hoth)
FX-7 and 2-1B in a 2 pack, or the C-3PO / Battle Droid switch-figures both combine to make the most exciting extra suggestions.
R1-G4 would just be cool to have in that size as a background piece in any 12" droid grouping.
The Droid Starfighter is a long-shot, but could be really cool. Scale size is the size of the display pieces Toys R Us had to go along with their Naboo Starfighter (also made to 12" scale). These were hung from the ceiling in 1999 for the prequels premier. Sad they didn't do Slave-One for Episode 2, on a side note...
