I don't think you know what "fame" is. Also, you could have voted, but didn't, so you have nobody to blame but yourself. Bludgeon was pushed by TFW for an entry this year too.
You know who I'd like in the Hall of Fame? How about Thunderwing, Bludgeon, Nightbeat, Ratbat, Carnivac, Jhiaxxus, or one of the other guys who was really minor in all but the comic book, but were so important in the comic that they've wound up being reincarnated in multiple lines since? That's arguably a bigger deal than Beast Wars Megatron. (Okay, maybe Carnivac hasn't exactly had a ton of figures. But if they ever get around to making Classics-styled Pretenders, I really, really want an update of that fella.)
Too new, a character like that should wait a few more years before being considered truly important.
Bulkhead could also be a candidate; he's more recent but has already proven to show up quite a bit in other lines, and in a more natural manner than Drift's "we're going to try to make this character popular even if it kills you!"
