I work at a school too, a grade 4-5 one to boot, and the kibosh was put on any dressing up for Halloween. At our school, a K-5 building, we could not dress up either, lest we went on a field trip and sang at the old folk's home.

Alive! That's what. :D
My daughter dressed up as a certain Disney princess who is a part of the Rebel Alliance and a traitor. Take her away!
My department is still deciding if we want to "theme" it. If not, I'll go uber-obscure as Henry Bemis, Burgess Meredith's iconic Twilight Zone character from the "Time Enough at Last" episode. :it'snotfair:
I'm leaning towards either Roddy Piper or Marty McFly. Both would be appropriate during this year.
Thought about the wife and I dressing up as contestants from Legends of the Hidden Temple...but no talk of any parties to attend or any plans have us with nothing yet.
Going as a guy going to the Wisconsin state cross country meet watching the high school he went to run.
