Can You See the "Submit as News Button"?

I need to know who can see the "Submit as News" button. It is located on the lower left hand corner of each post.

Using windows explorer, Firefox, and the browser on my android I cannot see it. I see the Blog this post, report post, reply, and the quote tabs as well as the reply to thread button below that bar.

Nope, I don't see it. Means I need a new computer, right?

I cannot, though I seem to remember seeing it a few days ago.

I'm with El Chuxter, I know at one point I saw it, but I do not see it now. I can't remember when it was, but I remember thinking, "hey, a new button!"
