And a boisterous "Shanah Tovah!" to you. :) (it means "good year!", it's a customary greeting for this time of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year.) May the year 5762 bring us better times than the just-ending 5761.

Thanks, JT. You've seized my sentiments: let's have a new beginning! That's the reason for the post. Seemed appropriate to salute a new beginning with Rosh Hashanah here before traditional New Years.

BTW, both are celebrated in my house. That's what happens when Lutheran boys marry Sephardic girls ;) !

Although this change of year does not apply to me, happy new year folks!!:D
