So, looks like I need to watch for Blackjack. (I can tell you didn't follow the Marvel comics, Tycho. He faded quickly into obscurity, but Blackjack was pretty bad news for a bit.)
I seriously doubt anyone cares, but I saw a ton of the Digital Release sets at Target in Redlands. These have "won't sell until marked down to 10% of the original cost" written all over them more...
What's the difference in Brainstorm heads?
Also, not to be a bandwagon jumper, but I'm looking for Arcee and Chromia, having no luck at HTS, and hoping they wind up at Ross.
That opening and the clumsily undone death of Duke are the only reasons to watch. I like the Cobra-LA designs, but they don't fit in Joe.
All seriousness, I would be interested in this. I AM interested.
I'm just not crazy about the drive to and from LA at that time of night when I already know I have to be up early the next morning.
I don't think there are enough people here who like Transformers: The Movie.
I was actually thinking the same earlier. :)
Moreno Valley Walmart (the one by TRU and John's Incredible Pizza) had the Combiner Wars Deluxes. Too bad I'm only looking for Powerglide at this point to finish Superion. (Well, what's available of...
Ross in Yucaipa (and presumably elsewhere) had a ton of TF Whirls for $9.99. No sign of other Voyager-class figures, but I assume they're around.
If you don't have him, he's an absolute steal at...
Anyone know if there've been sightings of the Windblade wave at Target? I wouldn't mind getting them there while the Cartwheel is still valid.
Thanks! Just ordered Gears, Skids, and DEATH'S HEAD!!!
(Had Torryn in my cart, but, even at $8, she seemed a bit high.)
Found one each of Crosscut (still no Skids :pirate: ), Jhiaxus, Windblade, and Nightbeat at the Moreno Valley Walmart (the one by TRU). I'm already having second thoughts. Crosscut is some new entity...
Tailgate or Swerve? lol
Swerve wasn't exactly plentiful, but I saw him a few times. A few fewer with Cosmos.
I saw Tailgate a total of three times, and Skrapnel once. Luckily, I picked him up...
Hmmm, a week? No one else finding anything?
Walmart in Beaumont got a metric ton of TF Legion figures. Unfortunately, they're all Nemesis Prime and Cliffjumper, repaints of figures that never sold...
Redlands TRU had a bunch of mundane stuff, plus one Snowtrooper Commander and several of the new Nemesis Prime and Cliffjumper repaints of Optimus and Bumblebee.
Not Star Wars or figure-related, but it might be of interest. 99¢ Only had some 300-piece puzzles of interest to geeks. (I've only seen them at the Yucaipa location, but that's the only one...
I'm going to get a Masterpiece Cyclonus.
Then I'm going to remove all his Decepticon badges and break one of his horns off, so he's more accurate.
I saw Luke and Yoda at the Redlands Target.
Where they remain, as they look just as much like butt in person as in pics. :(
What if I'm just looking for some tush? (Lawd, take me downtown, I ain't asking for much.)
And I stopped by the Redlands Target to kill time, expecting nothing, and found they'd put out a ton of Swerves and Cosmoses. So now it's just Tailgate and Shrapnel to go!
BTW, has anyone ever...
Prior to yesterday, this one had had no 3.75" TBS figures at all in months. And I'd been there two days earlier and seen the nothing. Keep bustin'.
Redlands Target had one each of Darth Plagueis (YES!!), Captain Neyo Resculpt #427, and some yellow Clonetrooper who may or may not have had a name.
So I finally found the one Star Wars figure...
Tell that to this WM. :)
I know Skids is hitting again, but I'm a bit worried about all the crap-tons of Age of Extinction stuff we all know will be all over the place, clogging pegs. I saw...
Beaumont Walmart restocked for what seems like the first time in an eon with the Age of Extinction figures.
Or, as I call them, "I ain't going to be seeing any Transformers I give a crap about...
