Not really customising: Paint choice question...

I was interested in touching up some paint on the heads of my 12" figures. I know certain paints, such as enamel model paints, remain tacky if used on the softer type of materials out of which they make the heads. Does anyone have any suggestions on what paints can be used to touch up eyebrows, hair, eyes, lips, etc. ?

I prefer Citadel Colors from games workshop. You get a starter set at TRU as "Lord of the Rings-Paint Set".

As permanent as the original paint. But you can add Citadel Spray Varnish (matt or glossy) if you want to throw stones on the figures without damaging the paints.
