Yeah, you should. He's a pretty good figure!
By the way, he has nine points of articulation:
-Head
-Both shoulders
-Both elbows
-Both wrists
-And under his robe, both his legs can swivel/turn...although his "dress" lets him stand, so the legs are basically useless.

Sometimes, I click on a dead thread and find something that's so humorous in hindsight, I have to bump it and make a snide remark. This is one of those times. Because Palpatine in a lightsaber duel was certainly ridiculous!
