How do all the delagates in the Senate understand each other's language? Is there a universal translator in each of those pods or something?

There must be. Each pod has a console that lets them maneuver the pod closer to the Chancellor's "podium"--so I imagine each console has a computer screen that translates all dialogue into Aurubesh or something.
