Cool I saw a couple of nice 12" inch figures today

I saw a few interesting figures today: DROID, BOUNTY HUNTER,
and one with a removable right arm ? I think these sets were the
older sets 1 to 2 years ago? the DROID and the figure with the removable arm were $21.96 at WALMART, the Bounty Hunter was
$19.99 at TRU they also had a Chewbaca. I just started collecting
    STAR WARS figures.

It sounds like you found the last 12" wave to hit before the AOTC stuff came out. Not as old as "1-2 years" but still a pretty good find. Which bounty hunter did you find? IG-88 or Bossk? Both are great in my opinion.

Cool Re: which Bounty Hunter did I find?

I dont remember the name of the Bounty Hunter, but I can describe what he looked like: he had a large head that had big
green insect looking eyes like a bug, and his body looked like it
was covered in armor that was a dark grey color with some rust
colored lines and he was armed with a long weapon that kind of
resembled a German WWII machine gun ? this figure looks like
an alien from an old science fiction movie.

    Sounds like 4-Lom to me.

The removable arm figure had to be Ponda Baba. I still come across that one at Wal-Mart from time to time. He's been warming the shelves for a couple of years now at least.

I agree with JangoFett96: the droid bounty hunter is 4-LOM.

By the way, welcome to the hobby, JangoJett!!!

Your right ! I remember now, the box said 4-LOM ! is that one a
popular figure ? I wish I would have got it now, they only had 1
and the store is out of town, I should have bought it.

If you want a 4-LOM, it shouldn't be too difficult to find. My impression is that of the three bounty hunters released in that wave -- Bossk, IG-88, and 4-LOM, that 4-LOM was the least popular, and can still be found on the shelves at some Wal-Marts.

I remember the back of the box had pictures of the other two,
Bossk looked like a lizard head figure, IG-88 looked like a robot
and 4-LOM was the one with the large insect looking head.

    Recent finds

Was out hunting for Saga figures and found three old, dusty 12" figures on the shelves: 100th figure Luke Skywalker, AT-AT pilot/driver (forgot what it said) and Snowtrooper (I think).

If any of you are interested in them for trade (I don't collect them) get back to me right away and I'll run back to pick them up.

Browsing the Collector's Database, I believe the two figures I wasn't sure of are:

    Snowtrooper with Firing Imperial Blaster
AT-AT Driver with Imperial Blaster Rifle

They both had what appeared to be an electronic firing blaster.
