So, since Anakin built C-3PO, he is recognized as The Maker and therefore would be seen as the droid's "father", so wouldn't that make him Luke and Leia's long lost sibling? Does that mean Threepio has the Force and there is three hopes for the galaxy? HMMMMMMM.....?

Nope, while this does make C-3PO, Luke, and Leia siblings he would not have force ability. The only droid ever (so far) to demonstrate force ability, is the late great, "Skippy the Jedi Droid".

Actually droids are not actually force sensitive. If they are the must be built specifically to do so.
