My Wal-Marts are barren of anything Trek.

That Borg Cube looks pretty bland.

Wal-Mart has never heard of Star Trek since the days way back when that they sold the Borg Assimilation figures that ArtAsylum did for Playmates.

I've only seen the ships at one Wal-Mart and it's one of the newest ones in the area, they finished building it just a few months ago. It's one of the ones that uses a great abundance of skylights to naturally light up the store during the day as opposed to electronic lighting. They usually carry more random stuff despite the toy section feeling half the size.

Does anybody know what the sound samples are for the WOK Enterprise? Are the sound samples the same on the BD version? Will Diamond Select make a Reliant?

Just saw a JL WL Borg Cube with Sphere. This one has no black on it.
Looks a lot like the Hallmark Borg Cube.
Check it out:

Not sure about the Borg Cube, but all the other WL ships are silver like that one.
I seem to remember the regular cube being black weathered.

The sounds are as follows:

"Fire" (two phaser blasts)
"From hells heart I stab at thee"
(Enterprise going to warp)

(red alert sound)
"Let them eat static"
(engine sounds?)
"Fire" (Khan- Reliant firing)
(hand held phaser blast sounds like Terrel getting self disintegrated or ear parasite blasted)
"Times up Admiral"
"Sulu lock phasers on target, and await my command"
(2 phaser sounds more thin cutting sound)
"Time is a luxury you don't have"
(small explosion)
"Kirk to Spock"
(beaming transporter)
"I don't believe in the no-win scenario"

So we get alot of Recardo Montalban speaking as well as Kirk.

That's eighteen sounds, two more than I first reported.

Not sure about the battle-damaged one if it is the same.

BTW: The paint on the WOK is a cool white reflecting pearl. much like the the pearl white on Wave one Johnny Lighning White Lightnings. It looks alot better than the earlier released Art Asylum 1701-A, which I have also.

The Borg WL is an auction on eBay... only the 2nd one I've seen so far. I'll keep an eye on it and let you know the final insane price... that I won't be paying.

Yeah, I was watching a wave one WL Reliant about two weeks ago that went for like $7.00 which was a steal. (the Reliant is the hardest to find)
I already have two, so I let it go thinking it would go up to at least what I paid for my last one at $22.00.

Goes to show ya, the ones you don't bid on go cheap.
