Bom Vimdim and Myo Cantina Sets?!

I was recently talking to a collector who said that he saw (carded!) pictures on RebleScum of Bom Vimdim and Myo as part of the Wal-Mart Cantina Scene sets. I went to RebelScum and could not seem to glean where such things were hidden. As SirSteve has yet to report as much, I suspect this was a custom job or something along those lines, especially given the source of this information. Does anyone have any knowledge of these or know where pictures of them can be found on RebelScum?

I will point out, as it may be apparant, I do not usually go to RebelScum. I find the design poor and the site difficult to navigate. I put "Bom Vimdim" into their search and was sent to the same page (basicly the home page) on every occurance it found. And still could not find what I sought!

They were custom pictures, and Jar Jar linked to them in the initial Cantina Set picture thread...

Darn you Tenebrous, you beat me to it while I was pulling them up. But yes, they are customs. And frankly, I'm not all that impressed with Myo. Bom Vimdim looks pretty good though. Hopefully both of these charecters are in the cards from Hasbro for the future. But not in the Wal-Mart sets. I would prefer they were both mass produced and not exclusives.

Don't darn me, I gave you the credit!

Distribution with cantina patrons is baffling. Either too much is sent (Ellorrs, Ketwol), or they're gone the first day they arrive (BoShek, Djas)

So the exclusive status does help, in that respect. And it's nice to show that Hasbro is paying attention to demand (less Greedo since he appeared in the $1.97 TRU sales). I wonder if Wuher will be 2x or 3x, considering that he had a Commtech run as well...

I hope that Kitik Keed'kak is packed out at 3 per case, that is the only thing I'm worried about. As for Wuher and Dr. Evazen, I think they should go with 2 Wuher's and 3 Evazen's. If they really want to, I'm sure that very few of us would complain if they went: 4 Kitik's, 2 Wuher's, and 2 Dr. Evazan's

Since Wuher was available also at TRU, during the great Star Wars purge of 99/00. But if Dr. Evazan is as retooled as I'm hoping, alot of people are going to be looking for him. Not to mention he hasn't been available in stores since 1997/1998.

Thank you for clearing that up. As I said, considering the source, and the fact that our beloved Sir Steve had yet to reveal these two, I suspected they were customs. DingoDad will know of whom I speak and will likely get a chuckle from this post.

Hope you're right, JJB. A new Evazan is most definitely in order, and would really fly off the shelves. I LOATHE the Evazan we have now.
