Seriously though, if you are referring to Luke's fall after Vader's revelation then it really wasn't Luke's scream. It was Emperor Palpatine's from ROTJ after Vader tosses him down the shaft, and I don't think Palp actually said a word as he fell just screamed.
I could be wrong though (although I do find it VERY hard to believe) but I will have to watch the laserdisc again to be 100% sure.
