    Army Of Darkness !! Made by Starwars fans?

    I was watching last night Army of Darkness, when I suddenly realize that the Hero 'ASh' should say the magic words to save the world.....

    These words were 'Klaatu, Barata, Nicto '....................

    Doesn't it sound familiar? Not sure when the movie was made but I feel someone who love StarWars pu those names together

    Actually, "Klaatu, Barada, Nikto" is from the 1951 Sci-Fi classic, "The Day the Earth Stood Still". Lucas/Lucasfilm borrowed the command phrase for Gort the Robot for the names of the 3 skiff guards. Which was later borrowed by Sam Raimi for Army of Darkness.

    If you have never seen it, give it a rental. I think it's currently only available on VHS at the moment though. They are supposedly preparing a 2-disc S.E. of the movie for next year.
