how can i re-color the robe from JSP Obi-Wan so its the same color (or close to) the one in the arena accessory pack?

One thing comes to mind and that is a fabric dye. You'll probably have to experiment on how thick the shade of the color would be to match the one in the arena accessory pack.

also try a marker. if you use washable you can...well, wash it out if its not the color you like, and try again...
