Here's an update. Good news/bad news: my WalMart was already sold out of the basic OTC figures I left there 2 days ago! Should be more restocks soon with any luck. Reports on Sandtroopers indicate the TIE and X-Wing basic vehicles have been found in TRU's in the Lower Mainland, along with Jedi Council scenes 1 and 2 (may be news to some there). You are correct, Sir, and a lovely exclusive it looks to be. Next update I'll tack it on there. For discussion, there's also a TIE and X-Wing 2 pack apparently exclusive to Costco, comes with a TIE Pilot and X-Wing Luke! Check ebay, there were a few for sale last week.

Good news i managed to pickup a VOTC Luke & Darth Vader at Zellers,
what a surprise this was, they also had Yoda & Han.
I tried calling other Zeller's but they didn't have or receive these.
They were $14.97 each

I picked up a OTC stormie today at Zellers...(didn't see any VOTCs)

Looking at it, it looks different than the Commtech one..which I thought it was supposed to be a re-pack of....from what I remember (I don't have my other one in front me at the moment) they only had knee articulation, and not elbow (or vice versa)...but this one has articulation at the shoulders (ball), elbow, knee, waist and neck...

either way, looks really slick on the star burst....
