X-wing is my top choice (now a soon-to-expire LEGO Direct exclusive), I also would say the Jango Fett Slave 1 (though you need some extra pieces to fill in the big gaps), the Falcon (another soon-to-expire LEGO Direct exclusive), and the MTT.

vader TIE/Y-wing, the first speederbikes, and the landspeeder....even though i don't have it yet
i'm also fond of the desert skiff, the set with yoda, AT-ST, and the AAT.
i need an ephant mon, who wants to help? :D

Jango's Slave-1 would be my favorite, the Republic Gunship, and Bounty Hunter Pursuit are also 2 of my favorites
And although they are not out yet the Republic AT-TE looks awesome.

My favorites are the Falcon, Jango's Slave 1 and the B-wing (I'm not sure why I like this one so much, but I do)
