I just went to the toysrus web site and was able to order the figure for $9.99 so instead of buying $40 worth of star wars toys tomorrow to get 2 of the I spent $25 and got 2.

Well, you figure if you still need an item that costs over $20 (like a Gunship) why not buy it tomorrow at TRU and get a bonus Silver R2 as well?

Was just at TRU....
I was just at TRU and got the "new" R2 today Sat. I bought 2 reek at 9.99 a piece. So they ARE giving them out early. Hope this helps some of you. P.S. no new figures to speak of. HH
