i need help i would like to make 2 opposing armys of battle droids and clone troopers but if i was too buy them at full price it would cost me a absolute fortune and well lets just say i'm not made of money any ideas of where i can so many of these figures from for so little money ?

I was going to tell you to go to KMart or Target and get the figures for $3, but I realized you were in the UK.

You might want to check E-Bay. Look for loose figures, they are usually cheaper.

I was able to build my E1 BD army from clearance sales at $1 each. Still waiting for the sales on the clone troopers though.

For background figures use digital pictures instead of figures???

I've heard of people using mirrors. But its gonna be hard getting the desired effects...

Depending on where you are in the UK and what you define as cheap....

Clones of any sort are very hard to come by here, but the London branch of Forbidden Planet has had quite a lot of Ep1 battle droids warming its pegs for months, at around £4-5 each (which is cheap compared to some of their other figures).
Other branches elsewhere in the country may have similar in stock.
