So, by going from the age Han seems to be in ANH, would he have been born right around the time of AOTC or would it have been sometime before AOTC?

No, I think he was around 30-35 in ANH, which would make him about 8-13 in ATOC. He is a couple years younger that Boba Fett.

I believe Han is 31 in ANH, 13 years older than Luke & Leia. That would mean he was born right at the time of Episode I.

9 years older than Mark Hamill. So presuming that Anakin either fathers, or at least conceives, Luke and Leia by the end of Episode III, then you can figure Han Solo could make an appearance in Ep. III as an 8 or 9 year old juvenile delinquent.

I never would have guessed it. So that means he was approx. 37 and Carrie Fisher was about 22 during ESB? Man what a stud.

While Harrison was 34 while filming ANH, I'm pretty sure Han was born around the time of the Battle of Naboo, making him 31-32 in ANH.
