I any of you have any real good tips on customizing ships PLEASE leave some good info and pics of your customized ships if any.

I can't remember if I saw it here or on another SW site but, several years ago, someone customized an A-wing. Took it apart, took a Dremel to it and gave it some battle damage. It looked great!
Other guys removed the electronic components to the FX X-wing so a figure could be added to the cockpit. They were cool, too.
I have an extra A-wing and I'm going attempt something like that this year.
