Jedi Outcast XBOX Glitch?

Can anyone help me out here?

I have been playing Jedi Outcast on the Xbox and I have a couple of issues that maybe I just can't figure out. How do you configure the black and white buttons for player 2? I have set them up with both controllers and nothing on P2 controller.
The other thing is this: Is there a way to switch to 3rd person view with the weapons other than the lightsaber?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think you can do third person with all of the non lightsaber weapons, first person only with those. Sorry I can't help with the other issues, since I own the CGN version.
