Actually, it has essentially been confirmed by Jesse Falcon, an RTM poster who works on marvel legends....
The initial list was posted...then he popped in saying "you forgot Red Skull". He later said that we would see one at toy fair.
After much deliberation, someone checked the IP addy, and sure enough, it came from Marvel Entertainment....

UMMM - Is series IV confirmed? And if so...who is in it?
BTW...Sabertoth would be a dream come true and would make my life complete. Not a cheesey one like the movie one. A real good one from the comics. Sculpted with a slavering snarl of hatred for Wolverine. And he should have a base with the dead body of Wolverines girlfriend (someone help me with her name) sculpted into it.My wife treats me like an ATM machine. Goliath with wasp and Ant man....(repaint of boxed set Giant Man)
We were to have series 4 revealed at toy fair, but blurry pictures popped up last week....
So, we'll see finished prototypes of 4...plus one from 5....
