Question Want To Customize The Padme Amidala Factory Chase

I'm not one to ruin a figure. That's why I'm asking this question.

I want to swap the heads off the Padme Arena Escape with the new Padme Droid Factory Chase.

My problem is that I've never done any "customizing". Do the heads just pop out if you pull hard enough? Also, do the heads pop right back in?

    Any help would be great!

there is a Customizing section here on the forums, so I guess this thread will soon be moved
anyways, you have to boil and pop, meaning you have to put the fig in hot water until the peg is soft enough to pull it out, then you can do the swap and put the heads back in
there's a thread over at RS in case you want to see pics of the headswap, it was done by boardmember Zutton

Hackers in hollywood movies are phenomenal. All they need to do is "c:\> hack into fbi"

i just made that switch last weekend. The arena head is a good fit on the droid factory body. You'll need to trim the bulge at the base of the neck post. It's fairly wide. Also i found that the torso became soft after boiling. Keeping that warm helped to put the head back on.

I did that back at the begining of the year and I totally don't regret it. The "normal" Padme is with my Tatooine figures and the "chase" one is part of my droid factory assembly line. I put her on the part that came with the playset.
