    Darth Maul electronic binoculars

    Hey Guys,

My aunt picked me up a pair of Tiger Electronics Maul Binoculars from a car boot sale. I can only find that they were given away by Frito-lay in the states.

Can anyone tell me more about them? Did they go to retail? Are they rare?

They are fab, by the way!

The electrobinoculars given away by Frito Lay was not the Maul one, it was the POTF2 Hoth versions that were actually slide viewers for the freeze frames. The Maul electrobinoculars by Tiger were at regular retail, they had the standard "cheap kiddie" optics for a pitiful 4x zoom or so and this crazy parabolic microphone dish that popped up so you could hear things from a small distance. I bought this piece from etoys for like $3 when they were clearing out their Ep 1 stuff, it's a funny toy but isn't movie-accurate thanks to that dish. They sell for nothing (or less) these days due to a severe lack of rarity, nobody bought 'em.

Oh well, I still like it, even if it's a bit crappy!
