    Lightbulb Star Wars Galaxies

    Why are they making us pay in the first place. We send half $100 to get the game now they want us to pay monthly that's absurd. Online play shoud be free like the other online games!

    It's a MMORPG. It needs money to keep it's servers and staff going.

    Already been debated to death. You're getting monthly updates, servers, staff, and character archiving. So it's gonna cost you something. Don't wanna pay, don't play. There is Knights of the Old Republic for those that don't wanna play an MMORPG.

    Is it worth playing? Do they have a free trial or anything? I'm considering picking it up, but I don't want to pay a lot of money for a game that I won't play a lot, know what I mean?
