I own this on VHS. I really like to watch it without the editing for time, and the commercials. I think I even taped it a couple years back when it was on FOX. I'm a Star Wars collecting geek! (and proud of it!)

I believe since Fox doesn't own the rights to those 2, they were only able to sell ANH into syndication and not the others. Various Warner-owned networks air ANH:SE every few months, I guess they are who bought the syndication rights.

I'll just pop in my SW ANH dvd and watch it at the same time...see which one finishes first and which one has more commercials
It's funny, I have the OT on vhs and dvd in orginal and SE editions, yet when I see it on tv, I always sit back and watch it, even through the commercials; funny that!

You two are so weird!
Just watch it without the commercials. I, personally, hate commercials and must flip through other channels as my tv show or movie goes to commercials.
One way to out think people is to make them think you think they'll think what you are not really trying to get them to think what you think.
