Imperial Dignitary Wave

I see that a couple of online retailers are starting to sell these (expected to ship next week), the wave (as they are selling them) seems to consist of:

Elan Sleezebaggano
Obi Wan (Nightclub)
Ayy Vidda
Padme Tatooine
Imperial Diginitary 1
Concept Stormtrooper
Bail Organa

By my reckoning, that leaves just two more figures for the 2003 line - Ahmed Best and Imperial Dignitary number 2. Seems weird to have only 2 figures in a wave and 7 in a preceding wave. Are these two figures meant to be coming out at the same time as the aforementioned ones?

I'm so very desperate for these figures (with the exception of the concept stormtrooper - though I'll keep him as unopened, as I tend to do that for one figure in each type of packaging)

They'll be relased in the upcoming cases with the Hoth figures, and with the Jedi Luke/Hoth figure case (this according to Entertainment Earth, which had better not change, as I pre-ordered both the Jedi Luke case AND the Nightclub Case - only Hoth Luke isn't in the Jedi case, so I pre-ordered him from Kebco).
