Several years ago, I lightly brushed some dried silver metallic modeling paint over my Snaggletooth's feet and made them look better. Not perfect, but better.
However, I never will part with mine. I "fixed" him completely for display purposes. If you're looking at future value, I'd caution against altering him beyond what age has done. Most collectors would prefer the original paint in iffy condition to a restoration.
Besides, I don't think the boots on yours look too bad at all. They're better than most I've seen, mine included.Tommy, close your eyes.

Thanks...I really would rather not repaint...he does look pretty good unless you look really up close!
