Hey, I came across this site where you can make animated talking greetings, using some faces on the site, or using your own. They are good for 14 days from the day they are created. Check mine, then try your own, it's so simple, that is if I can get this to work right!

It is good fun and amazing how a simple photo can be morphed to look quite good as an animated character. Wish i could capture the little guy moving for my avatar. He's cute.
