Ball-jointed Hips???

I was just looking at Playmates newest TMNT line and noticed the Turtles have ball-joints on their legs where they meet the hips. I was thinking Hasbro should make Future Figures packed with Speeder Bikes and the like should have these kind of hips because past Figures like the Clone Trooper and Scout Trooper look WEIRD when in standing position because their legs are too wide to be able to sit on the bikes better. Ball-jointed Hips would make figures better, IMO.

YES! This is one of those points of articulation that would work so well on SW figures, most of who are even wearing "skirts" to hide this articulation. Either universal-jointed hips or at least hips that "tilt" outwards are vital to figures with speederbikes, that's the Dlx Durge set's biggest flaw (and that's a GREAT set!). Figures like Secret Ceremony Anakin who has all this articulation are still held mostly static by their legs' inability to do anything but go up and down; the SA Clonetrooper's hips actually have to be slightly damaged to get them to pose on one knee like in the variant packaging.

Yes! Ball Joints for speeder pilots and even figures with cloaks that will otherwise hide the ugly joints.
