First off, what lines are there gonna be? Ive been out of the 'game' for a while, and w/ this OTC line commin out, Im lookin to get back in. So, my questions are:

1.)Is there a difinitive list of charcters? If so, which ones!!

2.)Are they new scultps?!

Depends which line you mean. If it's the Original Trilogy Collection: Basic Figures some of them are new figures and some of them are re-issues. If you mean the Original Trilogy Collection: "Vintage" Figures, then those are all new.

Is figure 21 a TIE pilot? I thought that it was going to be the Imperial Scanning Crew Member.

Yeah, it's the Saga TIE Fighter Pilot. This is not the full list. Luke: Jedi is supposedly being recarded also. As well as the Scanning Crewman. This is just the most currently complete list of figures on the way.
