what are good prices for the new figures. I have a contact that will sell pretty much any and all basic figures for about $8. Am I getting ripped?

AT retail, Wal-mart is 4.77, Target is 4.99, TRU is 5.99. Online they range from 6 and up. on Ebay they range from 7 and up(usually the up) for newer figures.
So, if you consider, time wasted driving tostores that dont have anything, gas money, saving oin shipping, then no. If you enjoy doing all the others than yes.
