Can it be removed from the base? I mean, is it glued or just suck to the peg that's also on the other set?

Apparently it's glued to the base, but can be removed with force. It's also plugged into a peghole though, so it'll leave the hole visible.

I wish they would've either not glued it or not included it at all. It wasn't even in the Jedi Council, it was in the Meditation Room! So once the Council's completed, there'll be a random holograph just sitting there.
