OTC Checklist-Red vs. Blue Squares???

Does anyone who's viewed the image of the new OTC checklist posted recently why some figs have a tiny blue square next to their picture while others have a red square. It looks like each square contains the number of the figure in the OTC series, but their must be a reason for the different colored squares.
