i am only finding these at Toys"R"Us.

They shoulde be available in all stores. They are not exclusives to any particular place. I have only seen them in Target as of yet, but Wal-MArt is clearancing out the old stuff now, so give it a few weeks.

I saw them there today. They are 9.83 each at Wal-MArt.

I haven't been to my Wal-Mart for a while, but the last time I was there, they were clearing shelf space and a few of the pegs were marked VOTC. So far, I've only found them at TRU, Target, and KMart.
