It's proof that even Kenner could screw up a Star Wars toy.
It's definitely the Kenner "large size" Leia figure, I recognize that face from the vintage doll's look, but I don't recognize the outfit.

In one of my collecting books it shows these figures that were geared to little girls, but I think they said they never caught on or they never were released. Kind of funny.
