I recently came across a few Boba Fett OTC (encased) figures and noticed one of them did not have the chest emblem by the upper right arm, and the other two did. I took a chance and purchased the figure w/out the emblem since it's a cool figure anyway. Does anybody know or has heard of this variattion and if so what kind of value does this figure have??

I don't remember prices, but they sell for A LOT on eBay. Congrats on that find.
Wait... I was referring to the missing skull on the shoulder pad. But I just found one of the chest plate errors on eBay for $112.

it is the VOTC, one just sold on ebay for $280..I emailed Hasbro direct to see if they had any idea about the error and if they knew how many slipped out of the factory that way

Why does it always seem to be Boba Fett that has variant figures? They've done this same "error" how many times now? One could swear that they do it on purpose just make those people that collect variants upset ( thankfully I'm not one).
