On the plus if you want to clean the battery terminals, the Falcon is the easiest to clean.
Yeah, I think the Falcon was stored on its side with the battery compartment on top and the acid ran all the way down inside. It was real easy to fix. I have a box of junk Falcon hulls. I just pulled a working motor and a carboard interior and wham, good as new. Just one shinny black bead away from a second complete Falcon. The only other damage was a bit of dicoloration on the side and bottom from the battery leak. The motor was not worth cleanning the acid ate the motor itself too, not just the terminals.

Next week, I plan to take out all my SW stuff (okay, maybe it'll take about 4 months to go through all of it ) and remove any batteries still inside (not many, so it should go quickly), as well as deciding which items to display and which to keep in the dark.
CU Later. Contracted Universe? Later. :(

Not too many vintage Sith toys (Vader's TIE, Imperial Shuttle, maybe the Star Destroyer).

I got a pretty good quality belly-open Tauntaun today. There's not much else I'm seeking, toy-wise, in the vintage line anymore (or, at least am willing to fork over the loot for). I'm getting the trading card itch again, though...

I did that recently, luckily there was no damage to some of my older toys. I only ones I left in were some of the talking 12" figures, some of them are still boxed.

Here are my most recent vintage purchases. A nice old school Action Display Standand and the Rebel Command Centre. These things always look better with the figures on display, so...

on ebay I won the POTF ewok battle wagon complete

paid a fair price for it too

I had it when I was younger, but I forgot that it didn't have pegs for the action figures
so now all I need is some cheap vintage ewoks to put in position, and I will be all set
I have 2 beat up Chief Chirpas already, but I need a few more other ewoks to make me happy

I recently purchased Leia in Boushh Disquise from a shop in Wichita that came with the helmet, and a reproduction rifle and blister for the same figure. Used my skillz with photoshop and a printer to re-produce the card back.

Also finnished restoring a vintage Darth Vader figure. He was preaty much mint, and compleate with all original accessories. So all I needed for him was a repro blister.

I love fixing up these old figures to re card. It is a much more interesting way to display them.

    83!

I got an AWESOME Bespin Leia for a wonderful price from JON9000. I'm now complete up to last 17 (of which I still need the vast majority) minus one blue Leia pistol and a yellow saber for Bespin Luke.

I just got another snaggletooth, so I can put him with my modern collection, its surprising how cool some of these look next to the newer sculpts.
