shop.starwars.com has it in stock for $19.99. I ordered it a few weeks ago, and it arrived rather quickly. Beautiful poster.

I'm not sure if smaller reproductions will be available, since I never saw any for AOTC (including the teaser, which I really wanted).

Musicland (Media Play, Sam Goody, & Suncoast) carry theatrical release posters as well. Their posters are usually mounted against a large piece of cardboard and shrink-wrapped. I've seen the ROTS teaser at the local Suncoast.
