Which LEGO set should I get next?

Ok, now that Ive got all of the star wars LEGO sets you can get from stores (Target, WM, TRU), which set should I purchase next? Ive got around $100 to drop on these, so im considering either:

• AT-AT from lego S@H
• Darth Maul UCS, (I know a guy who will sell me one close to 100)

Just looking for a little input here, which one do you think is better/cooler/actually worth $100?

I'd go with the AT-AT all the way. I don't own the Maul but I do own the AT-AT and it is by far my favorite LEGO set. The detail is great and all of the points of articulation make it highly poseable. The Maul bust just sits there and doesn't do anything.

I really don't like the sculptures, they're cute as a novelty but they're very limited and don't look all that nice IMO. The AT-AT does have its faults, but I think it's a great looking set, I like how the legs are positionalbe, the head moves side to side, and the panels open up. I like also that the interior has enough room to be rebuilt more like a playset if you have the desire.

Go with the AT-AT. The busts are ugly and big dust catchers (unless you do a lot of MOCs).

I have both the sculpture and the walker but if I had to choose, I'd go with the AT-AT.

I've also seen the UCS Snowspeeder or Y-Wing on sale for around 100 too. Those sets are fun to build and make nice display models.

Good choices! The UCS snowspeeder looks great in person... at the store, which is where I've seen it. I'm a huge fan of the snowspeeder though so I might be biased, but it does look very very nice IMO. The UCS Y-wing looks fantastic too, again at the store, and really the only way to make a choice if you are equally interested is to decide how much detail work you want to do, the Y-wing looks to have lots more intricate detail stuff than the snowspeeder.

I'm not into the UCS sets, but if it were me dropping a CNote I'd do the Y-Wing. The bust looks lame and the AT-AT is too flimsy in my book. I don't like how the panels attach and the head is just floppy. The side hatches on the head are not secured very well either. I think the Y-Wing looks great and has way more details than the AT-AT.

Or you can buy 5 Lightup Vader TIEs.

I'd save and try for the Death Star. That thing looks beautiful, though it looks like it'll have a lot of gaps on top to dust to collect.

I liked the At-At so much, I bought 2! The first at full price, and the second was around $50. You can't go wrong buying Lego's at clearance especially if you are on a budget. I also got the UCS X-Wing, and the UCS TIE Interceptor at around $100 each, I think they were less than that actually, more around $80.

only if these sets were still in stores near me ; but hey, im happy I at least started collecting LEGOs when I did, rather than not at all
